This program is designed to identify and address all of the key legal and tax issues in forming Arkansas LLCs. The morning session will address the most important non-tax considerations in crafting the LLC in order to achieve the client's goals, emphasizing the great flexibility available in this form of enterprise. The afternoon session will address in plain English the mysteries of LLC tax issues for non-tax lawyers and for accountants who know federal tax but want to increase their understanding of LLC tax as such.
