Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort

There are events at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (June 14 and 15). The Wednesday evening Anniversary Celebration is a separate ticketed event and is not included with the Annual Meeting Registration unless you purchase the Bundle that includes a ticket with your registration. Ticket sales end on June 4. 

On Thursday evening, the Young Lawyers Section is hosting a reception at the Pop's Lounge at the Resort from 8:00 - 10:00 pm. In addition, we will have a Hospitality Lounge for all registrants at the Resort from  8:00 - 10:00 pm.

Shuttles will run to the Resort from the Hot Springs Convention Center, Embassy Suites and the Hotel Hot Springs. 

 
YETI Rambler for water during the meeting. 

The first 400 attorneys who register at the rate of $499+ will receive a free 12 oz YETI Rambler at the registration desk to use during the meeting for water.  There are touchless water stations throughout the Convention Center to refill your rambler for your use during the meeting. Plastic water bottles will not be provided.

Arkansas JLAP is hosting a wellbeing room in Rooms 201-202 for you to take a break during the meeting. 

Blood Drive
There is a blood drive on Thursday  in Rooms 203-204. Watch for more information. 


Law School Alumni Luncheons
Join your fellow alumni for a get together at lunch on Thursday. Lunch is included with your annual meeting registration. You must RSVP for the luncheon with your annual meeting registration.
