The Corporate & In-House Counsel Section is presenting a CLE focusing on insurance law issues for corporate and in-house counsel. The CLE will be broken into three separate sessions: (1) insurance basics for in-house counsel, focusing on review and commentary on key insurance provisions in commercial contracts and instruments; (2) captive insurance; and (3) ethical concerns for in-house counsel related to insurance and insurance litigation.
