Wills for Heroes – Free Legal Services for First Responders

The Arkansas Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and SimpleWill are proud to host the upcoming Wills for Heroes event—a free community service project providing essential estate planning documents to Arkansas’s first responders.

Volunteer attorneys will prepare:

• Simple wills

• Powers of attorney

• Healthcare powers of attorney

• Living wills

Who qualifies?
Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, corrections officers, probation officers, and members of the armed forces are all eligible for this free legal assistance.

How it works:

• Appointments are virtual and last approximately 45 minutes

• Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025

• Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

• Registration deadline: May 27
