It is expressly understood and agreed that the Arkansas Bar Association, its members and its employees assume no responsibility for the safety of property of the exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes. The exhibit space is locked at the close of each exhibit day. However, it is advisable that exhibitors remove all personal belongings from their space when they are gone or at the end of each day. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense.
No activity of exhibitor representatives or functions of a display should in any manner interfere or disturb neighboring exhibitors. It shall be the responsibility of exhibiting firm representatives to report or call to the attention of the manager any questionable activity or disturbing influence which should be corrected or eliminated.
All exhibits must be contained within the contracted exhibit space. No items (furniture, etc.) may be placed in the aisles. All displays must be free-standing and self-supporting. No hazardous materials may be stored or placed in display in the booth. Absolutely no company identification may be placed outside your specific booth area (i.e., on posts, pillars, walls, tables, ceilings, etc.)
Outside food and beverage (excluding candy and snacks) is prohibited by the Hot Springs Convention Center. Any food or beverage must be ordered directly from Turf Catering. If you are unsure if your snack will be allowed, please contact Anna Hubbard for approval.
