2007 Revocable Trust Handbook
This handbook has a limited scope and purpose, which is to provide materials to
help the general practitioner in Arkansas with the formation, funding and administration of revocable trusts.
The handbook does not cover the multitude of other types of commonly-used trusts.
Its focus is on the revocable trust established as a Òwill substituteÓ by clients wishing to bypass
judicial administration of their estates upon their death or incapacity. Although the handbook
includes some discussion of income and transfer tax aspects of trust administration,
most of the materials deal with basic simple trusts not involving tax issues.

Standards
for Examination of Real
Estate Titles in Arkansas
This
easy to read booklet is an effort to
establish statewide uniform title standards.
It offers a guide on both black letter law
and the gray areas. Many standards will
buttress ones preconceived opinions as to
the law, and can be used to support a title
requirement (or the decision to make new
title requirement). |
